The present invention relates to a low-noise drainage medium-temperature asphalt concrete composition and a construction method using the composition, wherein the low-noise drainage medium-temperature asphalt concrete composition contains, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1 to 25 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 1 to 25 parts by weight of a styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer; 1 to 25 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 500 to 2,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 30 to 150 parts by weight of aggregate powder; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of wax; and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of an antioxidant. The low-noise drainage medium-temperature asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention, the low-noise drainage medium-temperature asphalt concrete composition having SIS, SEBS, and aggregate powder of improved grain size to be specific, is highly durable, and is capable of low-noise drainage. In addition, plastic deformation, aging, and/or peeling is unlikely to occur and pouring and/or laying can be performed at a medium temperature lower than the temperature of a plain asphalt concrete composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
