The present invention relates to a smart stroller system using IoT, which has an IoT sensor installed on a stroller, provides information on whether an infant sleeps or wakes up and on behavior types after wake-up, and controls driving of the stroller, thereby automatically taking care of the infant. To this end, the smart stroller system using IoT comprises: a smart stroller which includes a seat on which an infant sits, a sleep state sensor for detecting whether the infant sleeps, a plurality of environment sensor modules for detecting environments inside and outside the stroller, a communication module for transmitting, to a user terminal, data collected from the sensor modules, and a stroller control module for receiving a control signal from the user terminal and controlling components according to the received control signal; and the user terminal which detects whether the infant wakes up based on the data from the sleep state sensor and notifies a user of the same, sets behavior patterns that appear after the sleep of the infant based on a user input, measures sleeping hours of the infant based on the data from the sleep state sensor received from the smart stroller, sets the sleep patterns of the infant based on the measured sleeping hours, and provides information on the sleep and behavior patterns of the infant at the request of the user.
