According to one embodiment of the present invention, a color variable finishing material comprises: an adhesive sheet; a heat-insulating sheet formed on an upper part of the adhesive sheet; a color variable film layer formed on an upper part of the heat-insulating sheet and having a color vary step by step depending on humidity and temperature indoors, wherein the heat-insulating sheet is coated with an anti-pollution coating layer made of a composition for anti-pollution coating; the composition for anti-pollution coating comprises cocamidopropyl betaine and ampho glycinate in a molar ratio of 1 : 0.01 to 1 : 2; a total content of cocamidopropyl betaine and ampho glycinate is 1 to 10 wt% with regard to the total aqueous solution; and the color variable film layer is a film paper coated with a thermochromic coating material and a HIC material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
