The present invention relates to a combination of lysobactin and an aminoglycoside antibiotic for use in the treatment of diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in non-human animals. The present invention has proven particularly useful in the treatment of mastitis in non-human animals. In particular, bovine mastitis can be well addressed by the present invention.
