The present invention relates to a combination of lysobactin and an aminoglycoside antibiotic for use in the treatment of a disease caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in a non-human animal. The present invention has been found to be particularly useful for treating mastitis in non-human animals. In particular, bovine mastitis can be adequately addressed by the present invention.
