The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus subtilis CMC1147 strain and a composition for decomposing residual pesticides and controlling plant pathogens comprising the same. The strain is excellent in antagonism against plant pathogens as well as activity to decompose residual pesticides, and thus can be usefully used as an eco-friendly microbial agent and microbial pesticide.
