The present invention relates to a methyl methacrylate-based hybrid polymer concrete grating and permeable concrete laminated eco-friendly roadside protection plate and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, permeable concrete containing a sustained release material to gradually supply useful inorganic nutrients to the roadside. The acrylic polymer concrete grating, which has excellent strength and has a through hole to facilitate rainwater permeation, is integrally stacked and is completely harmless and eco-friendly to the human body and street trees, and is a methyl methacrylate system to improve the protection and growth effects of street trees. Hybrid polymer concrete grating and permeable concrete lamination are related to eco-friendly roadside protection plates and their manufacturing or construction methods.
