The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a cheolpigok flower extract, and specifically to a cosmetic composition having excellent skin improvement effects such as wrinkle improvement, skin whitening, skin trouble improvement, or skin moisturizing. In addition, the present invention relates to a quasi-drug composition and a food composition comprising a cheolpigok flower extract. The cosmetic composition comprising the cheolpigok flower extract of the present invention as an active ingredient is excellent in wrinkle improvement, skin whitening, skin trouble improvement, or skin moisturizing efficacy. Specifically, the composition of the present invention is excellent in collagen synthesis promoting effect, melanin production inhibitory effect, anti-inflammatory effect, and moisturizing effect, thereby improving wrinkles, skin whitening, skin trouble improvement, or skin moisturizing cosmetic composition. In addition, the composition comprising the cheolpigok flower extract of the present invention as an active ingredient can be used as quasi-drug composition and food composition.
