The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly synthetic wood composition that exhibits high resistance to mold, and more particularly, to a synthetic wood composition containing a thermoplastic resin, wood powder, inorganic filler, silane resin, lubricant, and anti-fungal agent. In the above, the anti-fungal agent is an eco-friendly anti-fungal synthetic wood composition characterized by being dispersed in a lubricant by being bound on an inorganic filler by a silane resin as containing tebconazole. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the growth of mold fungi on the surface of the synthetic wood, thereby slowing the swelling of the wood powder or oxidation of the thermoplastic resin, thereby improving the weather resistance of the synthetic wood, as well as the antifungal agent components, etc. It has the effect of contributing to the protection of natural ecology.
