The present invention relates to a total care system for a companion animal, and more specifically, an entrance is formed in the front, and at least one air outlet through which shower air is discharged is formed on both side walls of the interior, and shower air is provided in a lower portion of the rear. In the total care system for a companion animal formed of a body case including a mist supply unit in which a disinfectant solution is sprayed in the form of mist on the upper part of the discharge hole and the rear of which is discharged, it is installed at the rear of the body case and sucks external air to supply it to the air outlet. It is installed in the lower part of the rear part of the air blower and the body case, and an air outlet port communicating with the exhaust hole is formed, and the air outlet part provided with the exhaust fan in the air outlet and the lower part of the body case are opened and closed to open and close the doorway. It relates to a total care system for a companion animal including a cover case spaced from the outside of the door part and the body case and surrounding the body case.
