The present invention relates to a system for improving the accuracy of cadastral surveying using a drone and a virtual reference station (VRS), and more specifically, by flying a drone to a point where surveying is required without a person directly visiting for cadastral surveying to become a moving reference point. It relates to an improved system for improving the accuracy of cadastral survey using drones and VRS so that the survey reference point can obtain accurate information required for cadastral survey, including distance information through correlation with fixed points.
