The present invention relates to a bleeding-free, non-bleeding film, and more particularly, to a topically-labeled bleeding-free film for the use of an injection, to relieve pain and bleeding in patients who need daily injections, and inject an injection needle directly onto the film. Therefore, it is related to a non-bleeding, painless film having the advantage that it is injected without shaking during injection and does not cause bruising and side effects such as tissue atrophy. In addition, the non-bleeding painless film includes an adhesive (2) layer between a plastic (3) layer and a sheet (4) layer, and the adhesive (2) layer includes a local anesthesia region (1).
