The present invention is obtained by artificially crossing an acemi variety as a parent and a Kasalath variety as a parent, and relates to a new variety of rice ( Oryza sativa ), which has increased resistance to high temperature and dry stress compared to the control product, acemi. As a result, the new rice varieties'Sebi' of the present invention can be cultivated in a complex stress environment, and thus can be usefully used for developing an endogenous rice variety prepared for climate change.
