The present invention relates to a heat transfer tube and a decomposition furnace using the heat transfer tube. The heat transfer tube includes a twisted baffle disposed on an inner wall thereof, and the twisted baffle extends helically along the axial direction of the heat transfer tube. The twisted baffle defines a closed circle when viewed from one end of the heat transfer tube. A casing fixedly connected to an inner end in the radial direction of the twisted baffle is disposed along the trajectory of the circle. The twisted baffle has a plurality of holes. The heat transfer tube according to the present invention has excellent heat transfer effect and small pressure loss.
