The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for slimming containing a mixture of cornus, green tea, and lemongrass as an active ingredient, and more particularly, the mixture of cornus, green tea, and lemongrass according to the present invention is safe for the human body by using natural substances. Yet, because it exhibits excellent cellulite improvement and slimming effect by its synergistic effect, it can be usefully used as a natural cosmetic for slimming.
