The present invention relates to a socket coupling device of a wire rope, in which a main seating groove is formed with an open top to seat the wire rope, and a slider having a rack gear formed on the bottom surface, and a slider so that the slider can be linearly moved in a constrained state. A support body that accommodates and, a clamping part that is mounted on the tip of the support body to clamp the wire rope accommodated in the main seating groove of the slider, and a wire to the end of the wire rope clamped by the clamping part and seated on the slider. The slider is provided with a driving unit for moving the slider relative to the support body by interfering with the rack gear in a direction away from the clamping unit so that the strands unwound and bent from the rope are inserted into the socket inserted at the end of the wire rope and adhere to each other. According to the socket coupling device of the wire rope, it provides an advantage of being able to easily and safely perform the socket coupling operation of the wire rope.
