The present invention relates to an aqueous binder for a lithium-sulfur secondary battery, a method for preparing the same, and a lithium-sulfur secondary battery including the same, and more particularly, to an aqueous binder by adding citric acid to a mixed solution of polyethyleneimine and polyvinylpyrrolidone ( PEI/PVP/CA, PPC) are manufactured and used to improve adhesion even with high energy density sulfur anodes, suppress shuttle reactions, and suppress corrosion of metal current collectors, resulting in high discharge capacity, coulomb efficiency, and stable life. It can be applied as a lithium-sulfur secondary battery with characteristics.
