Such band multiplexing is performed by MIMO ( Multi Input Multi Output) It relates to an OFDM transmission apparatus based on FTN for efficient coexistence of broadband and sporadic traffic and a method that can be used for a transmission device.The frequency domain to which some subcarriers are allocated among the frequency components of broadband traffic is removed, By selecting and removing subcarriers that do not contribute to actual broadband transmission, quality degradation due to actual subcarrier removal is reduced, and the removed subcarrier bands are utilized for sporadic traffic transmission, thereby enabling sporadic traffic to be used in an unallocated access method.
