The present invention relates to a low-temperature film-forming high-transparent infrared reflective composite coating composition, and more particularly, comprising a conductive polymer and conductive metal oxide fine particles dispersed in the conductive polymer, but in a liquid phase laser ablation (Liquid Phase Laser Ablation). By improving the electrical conductivity of the conductive polymer and at the same time allowing the conductive metal oxide fine particles to be dispersed in the conductive polymer without a polymer dispersant or a polymer additive, infrared reflectance is high, transparent, and a low-temperature film forming type capable of forming a film even at low temperatures. It relates to a highly transparent infrared reflective composite coating composition.
