The present invention relates to a nanoporous transition metal alloy ribbon and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, a specific transition metal that is phase separated by a rapid solidification method as an alloy raw material is selected, and the electrochemical properties of the transition metal selected as the alloy raw material are selected. The present invention relates to a nanoporous transition metal alloy ribbon manufactured by selectively removing only a specific transition metal using the difference in phosphorus corrosion tendency and a method of manufacturing the same.
