More specifically, the shoe of the present invention relates to a shoe in which weight is reduced while providing an efficient cushioning performance by varying the area of the light weight groove formed in the area where the body load is concentrated and the area other than the area. The shoe according to the embodiment of the present invention has a lightweight groove formed in the midsole of the shoe, but the light weight groove area in the area where the wearer's body load is concentrated is smaller than the lightweight groove area in other areas, thereby effectively providing cushioning performance and reducing weight.
