The present invention relates to a chloroplast sequence-based molecular marker for discriminating Angelica acutiloba from plants of the genus Angelica, and a use thereof, and the molecular marker of the present invention is used to prevent and produce mixed raw materials of the genus Angelica It could be usefully used for quality control of plants of the genus Angelicae.
