A fuel nozzle assembly and a combustor for a gas turbine including the same are disclosed. One embodiment of the present invention uses a guide member 300 for guiding the compressed air moved toward the end plate 100 along the inner side of the casing 50 toward the inner side of the fuel nozzle 200 at a constant flow rate. The side fuel nozzle is intended to provide a stable flow rate.
