The present invention relates to a chemical sensor for detecting explosives based on a distributed Bragg reflective porous silicon film and a distributed Bragg reflective porous silicon film using the same, and more particularly, to a conduction band of polysilol, a photoluminescent polymer that detects explosives. An explosive using the principle of photoluminescence quenching in a specific light emission wavelength region of polysilol while the electrons in the band move to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of the explosive. A distributed Bragg reflective porous silicon film and a distributed Bragg reflective porous silicon film-based chemical sensor for detecting explosives based on the distributed Bragg reflective porous silicon film using the improved sensitivity of the detection using the optical characteristics of the distributed Bragg reflection are formed. This is an explosive that was difficult to measure in the past. (nitro aromatics), nitro amines and nitrate ester compounds can be detected.
