Disclosed is a grain discharge device capable of discharging grain so that there is no residual amount, and a grain dryer comprising the same. Such a grain discharging device includes a housing, a discharge auger, a bottom plate and a bottom plate opening and closing portion. The housing includes a shaft portion tapered so that the open upper portion into which the grain is introduced is wide and decreases in width toward the lower portion, and the lower portion is opened. The discharge auger is disposed on the lower portion of the housing, and is attached to the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft in a spiral manner, and includes a blade unit for transferring grain in one direction as the rotating shaft rotates. The bottom plate opening and closing portion is attached to open and close the lower portion of the housing. The bottom plate opening and closing portion drives the bottom plate.
