The present invention relates to a culture plate for shellfish farming. The culture plate installed in order to increase the surface area in a culture environment of a water tank method is spaced apart from the bottom of the tank without a separate structure or frame, and the number of cultured water stagnated in the bottom part of the tank. When the flow and micro-organisms are smooth and the shellfish is free to move, the death caused by ammonia is reduced, and when using a small-sized plate with a low height in a low-water farm, a cutting mark is not required. It is for a shellfish culture plate that can be easily cut into a formed culture plate and used as a small size plate.
