FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of assembly of conical connection of ceramic parts and can be used in machine building and instrument making. Proposed method comprises installation of conical joint parts mounted on mechanotronic piezomotive bed plate, adjustment of coaxiality of parts and mandrel mounted on top fixed support of mechatronic piezoelectric module. Prior to assembly, parameters of operating mode of preloaded piezoelectric actuator of mandrel are introduced into control unit of mechatronic piezomotive module. Then the control unit is actuated and, acting through the control output of the control unit and the voltage amplifier to the actuator of the mandrel, its length is changed and the force required for implementation of press-fitting is created. Simultaneously pressing force is measured by means of silometric and strain gauges aligned with mandrel actuator and connected to measuring inputs of control unit. Control error is calculated by correcting pressing force by performing closed cycle of automatic control of technological process.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of assembly quality of high-precision conical ceramic connections with interference by submicron adjustment of axial interference.1 cl, 3 dwg
