FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Augment for replacement of marginal bone defects in knee replacements is presented in the form of an irregularly shaped block. Block has shape of trapezoidal polyhedron with sharp ribs, two parallel bases as top and bottom platform, four side ones - two most extended longitudinal and two differently directed inclined faces. Polyhedron on the side of one of its longitudinal lateral faces is tapered at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the block. In the polyhedron there are recesses equidistant from each other with depth and maximum width of 2 mm, arranged on the side of bases and two inclined faces.EFFECT: invention provides higher stability and strength of fixation of components of knee joint endoprosthesis.6 cl, 1 tbl, 6 dwg
