FIELD: amplification of electric and radio signals.SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to amplification of electrical and radio signals used in radio engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, medicine, robotics. Proposed method of amplifying electric and radio signals comprises steps, at which the initial amplified signal from the analogue form is digitized and an array of digital data on the signal in a time form is formed. Then, a Fourier transform operation is performed on said digital signal, frequency energy and phase spectra of the processed original signal are obtained in the frequency domain, stored and displayed on the display. Initial signal is amplified in analogue form in amplifier of any class with high efficiency and supplied to measuring attenuator; attenuator signal is attenuated to level commensurate with initial amplified signal level; converting signal attenuated to proper level into digital form; direct Fourier transform of said signal is performed, stored and displayed on the display; subtracting from the spectrum of the spectrum of the initial signal obtained after signal amplification, storing the difference spectrum and indicating it on the display; difference spectrum is subtracted from source signal spectrum, result is displayed and memorized; inverse fast Fourier transform is performed over the difference spectrum to obtain a time-domain signal; converting obtained in time form signal into analogue signal by means of digital-to-analogue converter and supplying it to input of power amplifier (voltage, current) for amplification; in case of not quite satisfactory result (amplified signal spectrum contains undesirable harmonics) the specified procedure of initial signal spectrum correction is repeated. Proposed method is implemented by appropriate device.EFFECT: technical result consists in compensation of nonlinear distortions of electric or radio signal at its amplification at simultaneous achievement of high efficiency of amplifier.2 cl, 2 dwg
