The inventive utility model relates to electrical engineering, to the field of semiconductor converting technology, in particular to the management of power IGBT-transistor switches. The results can be used in electrical equipment in which fully controlled powerful high-speed keys are used. The objective of the proposed utility model is to improve existing technical solutions for protecting expensive IGBT modules from emergency conditions and to extend their service life. A device for connecting the primary side of the IGBT key control driver core containing an operational amplifier (2) for connecting to the control input (INA) the driver core and an inverting operational amplifier (1) for connecting to the status output (SQ1) of the driver core, which transmits an alarm to the control system (Fault), characterized in that contains a timer (3) for connecting to the status status output (SQ1), the output signal of which through the inverter (4) is connected together with the control signal (PWM1) to the logic element And (5), which transmits a signal to the control input through the operational amplifier (2) (INA) driver kernel. In addition to the timer output, it connects an LED (HL) through a current-limiting resistor (R).
