The utility model relates to magnetic flaw detection. The aim of the proposed technical solution is to create a device for magnetic control of a control object (OC) with a thread using the Hall effect with high labor productivity for incoming control. The proposed device can be made for any type of fastening, kinematic or special thread. The transverse magnetization of the OC and the installation of the Hall sensor along the OC makes it possible to detect hair lines, longitudinal hardening cracks and other longitudinal defects. The device allows for simultaneous control in the threaded and smooth parts of the OK. The device allows to increase labor productivity during the incoming inspection of products. The device allows you to automate the process of incoming inspection of products. A device for magnetic control of longitudinal cracks of fasteners and shafts with threads made of ferromagnetic materials using the Hall effect, consists of one link with an internal thread corresponding to the external thread of the threaded part of the test object, for testing the threaded part and non-threaded links for testing the smooth part of the test object , while these links contain Hall sensors, which are installed along the longitudinal axis of the test object. 9 ill.
