The essence of the utility model is to increase the accuracy of flow measurement and increase the service life of the device with constant flow measurement accuracy. The use of technical solutions in the developed design of the device can significantly reduce the effect of environmental pollution and turbulence of the measured flow. The use of a test crystal obtained by group silicon technology makes it possible to obtain experimental dependences of the flow rate of liquids and gases on resistance and ambient temperature on resistance. Further, during the operation of the sensor based on the thermoresistive effect, the characteristics of the test crystal are used.
