FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to recombinant production of human leukotriene receptor type 1 (human cysteinyl leikotriene receptor 1, CysLTR1), and can be used for expression of CysLT1 receptor. Disclosed is a genetic construct with a nucleotide sequence which is optimized for expression of CysLTR1 in insect cells.
