FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental pharmacology. Pre-eclampsia model is reproduced in Wistar rats daily from 14 to 20 of pregnancy by intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg.
