METHOD FOR SELECTING AN EFFECTIVE ANTIARRHYTHMIC AGENT FOR PATIENTS WITH PREMATURE HEART BEATS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to cardiology. Antiarrhythmic drugs to be tested are repeatedly applied to the patient, before each of the antiarrhythmic preparations under test, and after the beginning of their action, defined as half-life of its half-elimination. That is followed by ECG examination and determining the corrected pre-ectopic interval (PEIcor) linear deviation (LD) separately for left- and right ventricular premature heart beats (LVP and RVP), supraventricular premature heart beats (SP) in at least 20 extrasystoles.
