FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for estimating a cadaver liver transplant ex situ using multislice computed tomography (MSCT) to determine the possibility of splitting-transplantation. Trunk hepatic vein transplants and intrahepatic bile ducts are visualized by multislice computed tomography (MSCT) with contrast enhancement. MSCT is performed directly by a cadaver graft placed in a sealed packet with a preserving medium and catheters pre-installed at the organ sampling stage. Catheters are placed in the common bile duct and in the main hepatic veins. To ensure the possibility of visualization of the main hepatic veins in the MSCT process, soft sterile X-ray catheters are used. To visualize the intrahepatic bile ducts, a catheter is used, one end of which is hermetically seated in the common bile duct, and the other end is connected to a syringe containing the contrast agent in an amount sufficient for the MSCT transplant. MSCT of intrahepatic bile ducts of a corpse transplant is performed after introduction of the contrast agent through the installed catheter by pressing the syringe rod through a sealed package.;EFFECT: method provides assessment of cadaveric donor's liver at the stage of preoperative planning to determine possibility of split-transplantation due to visualization of main hepatic veins of transplant and intrahepatic bile ducts by means of MSCT.;6 cl, 2 dwg
