Controller (58) supplies to first controller signal (74) of energy control, which contains variable in time signal in function of (i) engine speed and/or (ii) reverse EMF determined by detected characteristic, wherein first controller (52) is dynamically regulates DC link voltage, in order to maintain substantially constant energy balance, which contains sum (a) rotary and/or linear kinetic energy of electric motor and (b) energy stored in energy storage device.;EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and reliability of system operation.;15 cl, 7 dwg
