FIELD: medicine; biology.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical-biological, pathophysiological science and concerns modeling of endothelial dysfunction and pathology of internal organs accompanying experimental intoxication syndrome combined with L-NAME. For this purpose, metabolic disorders are reproduced by administering parenteral exposure of nickel chloride in dose of 0.5 mg/kg of animals weight once a day to experimental animals for 30 days, as well as in combination with nickel chloride, additionally parenteral inhibitor of enzyme – endothelial NO-synthase, producing nitrogen oxide, – L-NAME 25 mg/kg of animal weight once day for 30 days is introduced.;EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and adequacy of examining pathogenetic mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction formation and character of metabolic changes in blood and internal organs, as well as higher efficiency, reproducibility, convenience, accessibility, safety and low cost of experiments.;1 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex
