FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology and neurosurgery, and can be used for accelerated recovery of extremity muscles innervation in peripheral nerve injuries in proximal areas. Multilevel reconstructive interventions are performed on the injured nerve both in the area of trauma, and on its separate branches in the distal extremities.
