FIELD: electrical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for intensive drying of windings and oil insulation, which increase their resistance during operation of power transformers (PT) in field conditions of rural electrical networks. Device for drying power transformers in field conditions comprises three-phase self-contained bridge inverter with electronic keys based on insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT), connected in series and in pairs to each other with common points for connection of load, and by their gates with inverter control unit (ICU) having inverter current frequency setting device, odd (IGBT) collectors are connected together and with positive output of thyristor regulator-DC voltage stabilizer, even (IGBT) emitters are connected together and with negative terminal of thyristor regulator-DC voltage stabilizer, filter capacitor and resistor voltage divider are connected in parallel to each other and to output of regulator-stabilizer of DC voltage, thyristors control unit (TCU) is connected by output terminals to control electrodes of thyristors of thyristor regulator-stabilizer of DC voltage, and input with output of resistor voltage divider, three-phase input of thyristor regulator-DC voltage stabilizer is connected through series-connected compounding capacitors with three phases of asynchronous generator (AG) with excitation capacitors and drive motor, to these phases there connected is high-voltage stabilized constant voltage source, asynchronous motor of vacuum pump drive with vacuum controller on air duct, connected to transformer volume, common points of autonomous bridge inverter are connected to three outputs (A, B, C) of secondary winding, connected by star of power transformer with short-circuited primary winding, to which "plus" source of high-voltage stabilized DC voltage source is connected through microampermeter, and its "minus" to power transformer housing.;EFFECT: intensification of drying process of insulation of windings and oil of power transformers and reduction of time of this process.;1 cl, 3 dwg
