FIELD: electrical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to radio electronics and computer architectures, can be used in transceiving devices and communication and control equipment, radioautomation, automatic control systems, in particular, when designing different types of phase-locked loop (PLL) systems. Disclosed invention enables to effectively determine the optimum parameters of the looping system, allowing to achieve synchronism within one beat, determine the boundaries of the operating range of phase-locked loop systems and simulate the operation of the phase-locked loop system by selecting the sinusoidal and cosine form of the reference and tuned signals, respectively, selection of the second-order low-pass filter and its transfer function and selection of the tuned signal frequency.;EFFECT: technical result is high noise-immunity and improved filtering properties of the system.;2 cl, 3 dwg
