FIELD: providing safety; vehicles.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cushions for children's car seats, which are attached to shoulder safety belts to keep head of sleeping child from inclinations to chest, its uncontrolled movement from side to side, creating comfortable conditions for sleep and providing passive safety. At installation of pillow on own fastenings with possibility of adjustment of its sections in girth and deepening, minimal interaction of baby's skin with pillow and maximum comfortable arrangement of head. Versatility of application makes it possible to install cushion under the nape of the child in folding car seats. For this purpose it is necessary to install cushion fasteners on seat straps of seat and, having fastened to them pillow, to locate support section under child's chin, to adjust position of support and side sections relative to child's neck and head.
