FIELD: machine building; physics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for high-frequency processing of structural-complex parts, which is, for example, a polyamide separator of a roller bearing. Proposed method comprises embracing the part by high-potential and earthed electrodes of operating capacitor connected to high-frequency generator and applying pressure thereto. Part is covered by electrodes on top, bottom and inner side surfaces of partitions, thus creating a spatial circuit of 2 × n working capacitors. In order to achieve uniform heating of both structural-complex elements and conical elements of the products design, gaps are also provided, which create air capacitors in places where high-frequency action is required to be changed. Taking into account dielectric properties of air (ε = 1.000570), it can be stated that exposure to polymer (polyamide ε = 3.0–3.6) in places with an air gap (depending on gap size) reduces high-frequency exposure. All capacitors are simultaneously connected to generator, thus forming potential difference between adjacent electrodes and between upper high-potential plate and electrodes connected through lower contact group to lower grounded plate, and lower grounded plate and electrodes connected through upper contact group to upper high-potential plate. Heating is performed to polyamide recrystallization start temperature. Then, generator is switched off on turning the part about its axis by one electrode to heat unprocessed surfaces.;EFFECT: method allows uniform heating to restore strength characteristics of all elements of design of bearing separator made from polyamide.;1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
