FIELD: water supply.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for automatic welding of convection sections of hot-water boilers for heating and hot water supply. Proposed device comprises bed (1) arranged parallel with stand with convection section (8) secured thereon. On the bed guides there is support (2), on which there is a coil with a welding wire and a wire feed mechanism (3), a movable horizontal lever with a transverse movement drive (4), on which welding head control mechanism (6) is installed, which contains gear wheel with radial cut-out and vertical console equipped with welding head (5) with supplying flexible service cable (7) consisting of current conductor, protective gas line and welding wire feed channel. Welding head control mechanism ensures welding head rotation around welded pipe with matched vertical movement at clearance between adjacent pipes of 17 mm and more.;EFFECT: technical result consists in providing an automated process of welding coils into the collector of the convection section with optimum and stable welding parameters.;1 cl, 2 dwg
