FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to viticulture. Method involves cutting grafts of grapes for required length, soaking in water for 24 hours, treatment of their lower ends in aqueous solution of root formation stimulator in form of aqueous solution of amino acid threonine in concentration of 0.02–0.05 %, holding for a day and planting in nursery garden or containers with nutrient mixture.;EFFECT: method provides increasing the share of ingrained grafts, as well as formation of more developed root system of planting material, which allows to increase yield and quality of root-bearing grapes.;1 cl, 1 tbl
