FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for surgical management of a surgical tubercle neck fracture. For this purpose, two channels are formed in an apex of a greater tubercle of humerus. Ilizarov's wire is bent in the middle in half. Then, the branches of the wire are bent taking into account the size and shape of the greater tubercle and the level of the fracture, with formation of a loop centre in the bending point, which will be located distally to the fracture. Branches of the wire are introduced into the previously formed canals in the greater tubercle to the point of fracture; the fragments are repositioned; after that, branches of the metal structures are distal to the intramedullary canal along the axis of the humerus. Metalwork loop is tensioned distally to fracture line along shoulder axis, creating stress in the structure and compression between fragments of humerus. Further, through the metal structure loop in the transverse direction in the upper third of the humerus, a screw is inserted into the formed hole, the size corresponding to the diameter of the humeral shaft of the humerus.;EFFECT: method is low-traumatic, does not require gypsum immobilization, allows preserving a bone mass, avoiding impingement syndrome and achieving stable fixation of fragments of humerus.;1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
