Method involves analyzing the presented level of physical protection of security objects in a protected area, dividing the entire perimeter of the protected territory into guard areas, forming a generalized computer model for the entire protected area with visual assessment of the security level. According to the method, a function is constructed of two variables x, y of the level of threat of intruders penetration into the protected territory in the form of determination of probability P of threat in any of its point with coordinate x, y at the computer plan of the protected territory taking into account the specified normalized value of Z value of each security object (according to scale from 0.0 to 1.0).
