FIELD: pumps.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wellhead equipment and is intended for sucker rod pumping unit sealing. Proposed well sealer of rod-type pump unit comprises flexible connecting element installed between well mouth and stuffing box. At that, said flexible connecting element during operation of rod-type pump unit is connected to gland packing and is made with possibility of joint swinging with polished rod under action of gland packing to ensure their dynamic alignment. Besides, said flexible connecting element comprises lower flexible sealing bush (37), casing (12) of lower flexible sealing bushing, sealing steel ring (11) and upper flexible sealing bushing (10).;EFFECT: technical result is elimination of uneven wear of gland packing sealer due to dynamic alignment of polished rod relative to it.;20 cl, 8 dwg
