FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and discloses a method for preparing an individual composite implant for osteochondral defects replacement. Method involves preparation of a viscous-flow composite material containing sodium alginate and calcium phosphate filler, application of composite material on the platform, formation of an individual implant with further fixation of the structure. Individual implant is formed by three-dimensional gel printing by layer-by-layer application of composite material with temporary fixation of structure on platform cooled to −30 ± 1 °C, wherein temperature in printing layer is −10 ± 1 °C. Composite material contains 20–40 wt. % sodium alginate and 60–80 wt. % of filler in terms of dry weight of material.;EFFECT: invention enables to obtain the implant by three-dimensional gel printing, having high filling capacity of the bone defect in combination with the given physicochemical and biological properties.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex
