FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for inducing death of tumor cells in living biological objects with high-conductivity solution of Chlorine-e6 demithelglucamic acid and electromagnetic HF- and SHF-energy of photo-wave radiation known as HF- and SHF-hyperthermia. Described is a method for initiation of tumor cell death, intended for local treatment of oncological patients having tumor tissues, for their hyperthermia in various organs of the human body, characterized by the fact that before treatment, person for 3 days is transferred to a non-carbohydrate diet, increased electrical conductivity and dielectric loss in "hungry" tumor cells in comparison with healthy, saturated with electron-ion solution of demethylglucaminic acid Chlorine-e6 preparation "Photoditasin" with intravenous introduction in megadose of 1 mg/kg of human body weight with its maximum accumulation, 3–4 times higher in tumor tissues compared to healthy tissues, and 2 hours after the administration of the preparation "Photoditasin", selective hyperthermia of tumor tissues is performed using microwave energy in accordance with the depth of their location and depth of penetration of the electromagnetic wave into human body 6.1 cm, at the resolved frequencies f=2450 MHz with the total heating rate of tumor tissues at these frequencies of 0.047 °C/s for 186 s to temperature of 45.3 °C, with heating of healthy tissues not higher than 40 °C.;EFFECT: technical result is thermal death of tumor tissues due to high dielectric contrast of tumor and increasing difference in its conductivity (dielectric loss) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, reaching multiple values for various tumors; this allows for fluorescence diagnostics to specify boundaries of tumors and perform simultaneous hyperthermia of tumor cells with electromagnetic HF- and SHF-energy of photo-wave radiation, and detect and destroy, thus, even undetectable tumor formations located in deep layers of biological object.;1 cl, 2 tbl
